Warm regards from the Electoral Committee (EC) that is conducting the process for the election of the next HIC President for the 2023-2028 mandate.
We would like to remind you that tomorrow is the latest day to nominate your candidate for the position of HIC President. More info in the message below.
Please check if your organization is stated on the list of HIC Members with right to vote and the validity of your membership. In case you cannot find it, please contact marie (marie@hic-net.org).
The deadline to fill your list of in-kind contributions is the 27 November and to pay membership fees 30 November.
The roster of voters will be closed on 1 December 2023.
We also remind you that the HIC General Assembly will take place on Tuesday 5 December !

Thank you for sending your nominations before Friday 3 November 2023 (11:59pm GMT) to our email that has been specially created for the Presidential electoral process, with a cc to all of us (see our signature for our emails). Self-nominations will not be accepted.
Your email should state:
– your name
– the organization you represent
– the name of the person you nominate as candidate
– the organization the person you are nominating belongs to
