Barcelona. Rights of homeless people/ street dwellers, what place in the New Habitat Agenda?

Homelessness is a global phenomenon, in developing and developedcountries alike, set to worsen through increasing urbanization. According

human rights crisis that demands an urgent global response”. So, in the
aftermath of Sustainable Development Goals and its call for “leaving no one
behind”, how will homelessness and its multiple causes be addressed in
urbanization? Through an open dialogue, the side-event intends to send clear
recommendations for the New Urban Agenda.
