HIC Latin America is calling for the elections of the 2 regional representatives and 2 alternates to HIC Board , including the following CALENDAR:
- Nomination of candidates: 2 to 15 August 2006.
- List of candidates approved by the Electoral Committee: 22 August 2006 (by e-mail and available on regional and international web pages).
- Voting, through diverse modalities: 24 August to 8 September 2006.
- Communication of results: 12 September 2006 (by e-mail and available on regional and international web pages).
We kindly invite you to carefully read this text and the other relevant attached documents.
Specially, we ask for your collaboration by checking all your contact information on-line in the HIC website, as soon as possible: hic-net.org/membership.
This data base will be used as the eligible voter list in this electoral process.
