Habitat InternationalCoalition (HIC) convokes its Annual General Assembly to be held in Quito, Ecuador, on October 16th 2016, just before Habitat
III / the third United Nations Conference on Housing and Sustainable Urban
Development (17-20 October 2016).
We invite all HIC Members who are planning to go to Quito to participate
in the General Assembly meeting, taking place at the Solera
House Adventure Hostel – Calle Venezuela S1-23 y Rocafuerte – 170403 Quito.
We would like to remind
you that it is necessary to renew your membership in order to vote in the
General Assembly meeting. In order to make sure that your organization has the
right to vote, please contact Marie at marie@hic-net.org.
If you are
unable to participate in the meeting either in person or online, a proxy may be
given to another HIC member. Click here to download
the proxy form, and be sure to fill it out and send it to the General
Secretariat before 7 October.
To know if you need a visa, please check here. Please confirm your presence
in Quito as soon as possible.
